Walking! I try to go for a walk once a day because it seems to relieve my stress and I like jammin' out to my ipod.

My most fave exercise is eating potato chips while watching tv. LOL (I'm serious).
And that doesn't work 4 a lot of ppl.

horseback riding! You use muscles you never knew you had! And it helps strengthen the core. I ride 3 times a week and feel healthier now than I ever did.
