I find that after I started drinking water I began to shed the pounds. I drink water now all day long. With my small meals and in between.Try cutting back on those sweetened beverages and you will see a difference, absolutely.Let us know how you did.

replace water with juices and sodas. You don't even need to diet. Do about 20-30 minutes of exercise every day for a month.
