Is this a good schedule.?
day 1 = chest
day 2 = tri, bi
day 3 = shoulders
day 4 = back
day 5 = legs
day 6 + 7 i dont know what to do (someone fill in that blank for me)

u wont see any muscle growth because u only work out a certain body part once a week this is what i do
day 1.chest and arms
day 2.back/shoulders
day 3.quads/calf
day 4.rest
day 5.chest and arms
day 6.back/shoulders
day 7.running or long bike ride

Generally you don't want to lift everyday, this leaves no time for your body to recover and you may suffer from overtraining. You'd probably be fine to work out for 2-3 days and then rest for at least one day. Remember, your muscles don't get bigger while you're working out, they get bigger while you're resting.Health Question & Answer
