In order to get a bulkier chest this is wat you need to do. You need to lift weights. Bench press, incline bench press, dumb bell flys, and the pec deck. If you can't get into a weight room pushups will have to do.
For bulk you will want to do two things. Lifting wise you need to lift heavy weights with low reps. For instance if your maximum bench press is 100 pounds, do 90 pounds 2-4 times for a few sets. Do that with the other exercises to. That will build bulk. Second, you must EAT! You need to eat things with a lot of protein and carbohydrates. The protein will help you build your muscles and repair the tissues while the carbohydrates will give your body energy so you're not breaking down the proteins in your muscles to use as energy.
