It's called performance anxiety. And it happens to every guy at least once. When a guy is scared, nervous, or worried, tired etc., it can make it difficult for him to relax enough to maintain a full erection. You just need to focus on relaxing and not worrying. also make sure your girlfriend is on birth control and you are using condoms, doing this will take some pressure off things and you can relax more.
I hope this helped.

Pfft, I highly dought it was the masturbating, I bet it was cause you were worried about something such as maybe STD's, no condom, or maybe the thought of somebody walking in on yall in the middle of the living room at a place that wasn't yours. So the thoughts of something going wrong just turned you off too much for anything to happen.Health Question & Answer
Why don't you try masturbating a few more times a day, that should help you with real sex, you're an idiot. Stop playing with yourself and find a new hobby. Put your time and energy into a relationship with a girl instead of yourself.Health Question & Answer
You need to lay off of the masturbation a little. You could have also had a problem with not being able to focus on what you were doing. Is something going on in your life that may cause a little stress.? That may be part of the problem. Good luck. Health Question & Answer
It's probably because you do it 6 times a day.

And doing it in an uncomfortable place where you can get caught doesn't either.

If this girl told you to stick your penis in her, I can only assume you said yes. I only say so because it sounds by the wording of the description that you had little, if any, say in the matter, which is not good.
Assuming that the above was consensual, though, there's a phenomenon known as "performance anxiety" that I believe was making its presence known. The pressure you felt to have sex with this girl (as you say, a lot of things running through your head) was what made it impossible for you to achieve you an erection. Sexual activity is an extremely high-level bodily function, one that requires very little distraction to disrupt.
also, it isn't necessarily true that masturbating six times a day is a cause of your poor performance, but it could be a factor. Generally speaking, the more sexual activity you've had recently, the slower your subsequent arousal. If you got advance notice of this and can set it up again, try avoiding masturbation the day before and see if that doesn't help.Health Question & Answer
